When I discovered his well-kept Instagram account, I had no doubts, I absolutely had to interview him for my Battlestation column. Cornel is a Romanian boy moved to Germany for work who, out of passion, has set up his computer desk in a truly commendable way.
The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, starting with its spectacular pyramid-shaped pc case and the setting up of the wall behind the desk.
Here the password is FUN, k3sarion (this is his battle tag) in fact uses his station mainly for gaming and streaming on twich.
Now let’s leave the word to him!
To start, please tell us where you come from and how old you are.
Hi, my name is Cornel Klein aka K3sarion. I’m a 24 years old Romanian who lives and works in Germany with his wife.
What do you do with your computer?
Mostly I play. I would say that 80% of the activity is gaming. The rest is work, like investing, managing my business, emails, and sometimes video editing (still learning, I am really bad at it) .
When did you start optimizing your workstation?
I started working at my PC during the pandemic. I was gaming on a pretty decent gaming laptop but I wanted something more. I never had a proper gaming rig because my parents never afforded one when I was a kid. After a couple of years of hard work, I finally managed to be able to afford one so I started building it. At first, I wanted a basic one but I guess I forgot that during the process
What fundamental characteristics must a good battlestation have?
The GPU for sure! If you use it for gaming that’s one thing you should be very careful about. Don’t cut costs around the GPU. A good CPU and some decent RAMs are also indicated. SSD is a must I would say even tho I also use an HDD.
What are the strengths of your workstation?
But the most important characteristic about a gaming battlestation si FUN! You have to build it so you love it and you have fun during gaming. That’s the most important thing for the 98% of us who are playing for fun, casually, not to become pros or anything. Never forget that gaming is for fun first!
The biggest strength of my rig is the odd shape! A pyramid-shaped PC case must mean something, lol! I’m joking, I think the CPU and the RAM configuration are pretty strong. I want to upgrade the GPU soon and after that, the GPU will be the strength of my battlestation.
Can you explain in detail the components you used?
Below the specs of my system in full.

It’s a great setup! Have you already thought about the next evolutions?
As I said before, I want to upgrade the GPU. Now I use an AMD Radeon RX 5700XT but I would love to get my hands on an Nvidia RTX 3070ti or an Nvidia RTX 3080ti. More than that, I want to get a new AIO. Not sure which one, but a 360 one for sure.
Which social networks are you most active on?
You can find me as @k3sarion on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. I post regularly everywhere and I do my best to create good quality content. I am trying to stream on Twitch more also. You can find me as K3sarion on Twitch too.
Thank you for accepting the interview!
Believe me, it was a lot of fun!
With the help of his wife Andra, Cornel also revitalized the RAMkill3r project, a line of snapback hats dedicated to gamers and geeks just like them (or like me!).
In the photos you find below, you can admire some of them displayed on the shelf above the monitor.
I recommend you also visit their online store.
